The horror punk band began in the year 2004 in North Carolina after the previous band of Joseph Poole ‘Murderdolls’ went on a hiatus. Joseph Poole is also better known as Wednesday 13. He was born on August 12, 1976. The rock musician hails from Charlotte, North California. Poole is more renowned for his role as a frontman in the band ‘Murderdolls’ and ‘Wednesday 13’. He has also been a member of several other bands like ‘Frankenstein Drag Queens from Planet 13’, ‘Bourbon Cow’ and ‘Gunfire 76’. Poole went on a solo tour in 2004 for UK which was called ‘Graveyard A Go-Go’ tour. After returning, Poole decided to start ‘Wednesday 13’ with permanent members. After several tours, Wednesday 13 came up with their debut album ‘Transylvania 90210’ and also released a promotional video for ‘I Walked with a Zombie’ track. The band embarked on several tours after that. The band’s latest release ‘Calling All Corpses’ came out in the year 2011.
