Brokencyde is an American crunkcore musical band that was founded in the year 2006. Crunkcore is generally described as screamed vocals along with crunk hip-hop. The current line up of the band comprises of vocalist David Gallegos, programmer Julian McLellan, vocalist Michael Shea and backing vocalist Anthony Trujillo.

Brokencyde saw its origin in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The band has been continuously critically panned in almost all the publications. The band was founded by singers Se7en (David) and Mikl (Michael).

The debut mixtape of the band titled ‘The Broken!’ was released in the year 2007. The first full length release of the band titled ‘I’m Not a Fan, But the Kids Like It’ was released in the year 2009 through Suburban Noize. The album became a huge hit and debuted at #86 on Billboard 200. Their latest album titled ‘Guilty Pleasure’ was released in 2011.

Their single ‘Freaxxx’ is very popular and has earned the band a huge following.
