Sex Pistols shot to fame with their debut album titled ‘Never Mind the Bollocks, Here’s the sex Pistols’ which was released in 1977. The record was considered as one of the most exciting rock & roll records of the 70s. The album also peaked at #1 in the charts of UK. It was their first and only album which made it to the Billboard 200 peaking at #106. The English punk rock band was formed in London in the year 1975. The band saw its initial active years from 1975 to 1978 after which Sex Pistols disbanded. Several reunions followed afterwards and the band came up with numerous live and compilation albums. The band also toured excessively whenever they reunited to promote their songs. The band’s single ‘Public Image’ became a UK Top Ten hit when it was released in 1978. Several other singles like ‘God Save the Queen’ and ‘C’mon Everybody’ peaked at #2 and #3 on UK Singles chart.
